Wonder by R.J.Palacio
Wonder is about a boy, called August, with severe facial deformities. He has just started school for the first time. Jack, Charlotte and Julian have been asked to be his friend. But Julian thinks he's a freak and Jack is only doing it because he has been asked. Will August make it through the year?
This book is wonderfully written, (pun intended). I think that the fact that it is not only written from the point of view of August, but also lots of people that his life effects. I think, that the characters are really well thought out, and I love all the little twist and turns of the book.
I am going to give it a 10/10
and an age rating of 10+
