Mind Your Head is a book about mental health.
(probably the briefest description I have written but that is really all there is to it!)
I picked up this book because I thought it was going to tell me more about mental health. I was interested in the subject and wanted to know more. When it turned out to be more of a support book and not something for people just interested in mental health, I felt a bit let down. The first chapter wasn't too promising, going on about 'Sexy Diseases'*, and after a few more chapters like this, I returned it to the library.

I am going to give it a 5/10
and an age rating of 11+
